Akram Shaik started his training in Sadhya under Santosh Nair in year 2005, in Mayurbhanj Chhau & Contemporary Dance. He has a style of his own in hip hop and breakdance. He has been performing and Choreographing since he very beginning of his dancing career. A very focused artist, his creativity gets reflected in his choreographic work.

Akram Shaik has performed in the major productions of Sadhya - Namely Natraj - The Lord of Dance, A Doll's House, The Game of Dice, We can make the Difference - based on global warming & earth care & very recently "Chaitanya".

He has travelled, performing in Brazil, Port of Spain, Austria, Russia (Bolsho I Theater, Moscow & St. petersburg, year of India in Russia), Bangkok, Macau, under the aegis of ICCR, Oslo-Norway.
